Process

After we confirm the requirements and budget, we'll go through a four-phase process together.

First things first.

Before we begin our development process, we’ll confirm exactly what you need and what it will cost. The whole process begins with your estimate request, after which we’ll send you a customized bid based on the information you share with us. We’ll probably have a zoom meeting (or two) to make sure we fully understand your goals, and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 1

Demo Planning Meeting

In our Demo Planning Meeting, we’ll kick off the project by:

  • reviewing design files, sketches, and other documentation you have
  • collaborating with you to define the primary demo audience(s)
  • confirming the exact scope, size, and fidelity of the demo
  • assessing any consulting needs, such as usability and user experience design

STEP 2

Initial Demo Development

In our first development step, we’ll build an initial draft of the demo that contains enough for you to get a clear picture of how the demo is shaping up, but not so much that it’s hard to make changes. We’ll show you:

  • a sample set of pages/screens
  • examples of enhanced features such as animation, rollover states, etc.
  • styles for typography, images, and other elements

STEP 3

Full Demo Development

After earning your approval of the initial demo in the previous step, we’ll build out the remaining pages/screens/details to create a full demo, including:

  • every page/screens and functionality per the original scope
  • fully executed animations and other enhanced elements
  • voice-over narration and other video elements as appropriate

STEP 4

Finalization & Delivery

After your review of the full demo in the previous step, we will:

  • apply the feedback from your detailed review of the full demo
  • run the demo through our testing process
  • deliver to you for hosting, or deploy on our servers and launch the demo

What comes next.

MAINTENANCE
After we deliver the demo, we’ve still got your back. Our demos live long, productive lives… and most need to be updated from time to time. If you’ve got a team who can implement changes, great! But if not, we’re always available for ongoing maintenance services to keep your demos fresh.

HOSTING
We also offer demo hosting. Some of our clients prefer to host demos on their own servers, and others prefer us to host for them. If it’s easier for you to have us host your demo and keep the servers ship-shape, we’re happy to do that.

Let’s start the conversation.

The best way for us to get to know each other is to schedule a Zoom call to start the conversation. We can walk you through a handful of our examples in their full glory, and you can share more about what you need and how we can help.

Let’s take the next step.

We know what it takes to efficiently simulate a robust site or app. We’ve refined our process to be as efficient as possible, without risking quality. If you’re ready to take the next step, tell us a bit more about your project and we’ll send you an estimate.
