After the launch of a new site, our client was looking for a way to communicate all the new features and content to existing users. We created short video vignettes aggregated into a micro site that showcased everything new the redesigned site offered.
Our client had just finished a major redesign of their Employer benefits portal and needed a way to quickly showcase new online tools and enhancements available to their customers.
We collaborated with our client to develop a series of video modules to help introduce the new portal and provide an overview of the new feature and benefits that would be available at launch. We created a player to deliver topic specific content and developed a series of video vignettes that addressed key functional areas of the this new site such as managing employees, billing and reporting.
The Guided tour helped new customers understand the value and breadth of the application. It also functioned as a tutorial to help existing users quickly orient themselves in the new experience.
