Medicare is a complex offering to understand as a subscriber. We created a series of the member experience demos that show three primary product configurations that serve the Medicare plan member audience. Each plan offering is complex and the demo needed to be a comprehensive look at all aspects of their Medicare offering.
We approach large sales and marketing demos by first building an initial version that contains a handful of key pages. After working with our client to make sure the initial draft meets expectations, we build out the remaining demo pages and interactions. As part of our process, we integrate relevant generic health data to show how their plan offering might display and to use the site to manage their benefits.
