Using technology to explain a complex government program
Highly-regulated government programs like Medicaid often have requirements that must be met in order to fulfill a health plan offering. We created a demo that communicated the depth and breadth of our client's offering to state governments.
Medicaid is a highly regulated government program. Our client needed a comprehensive demo that showcased the features and content of the Medicaid member portal in order to demonstrate their offering to state governments that offer these health insurance plans.
We begin by building an initial version of the demo that contains a handful of key pages. After confirming that our initial draft is on target, we then build a full version the includes the remaining pages. As part of our process, we integrate relevant generic health data to show how a medicaid member would interact with their health plan.
