Our client wanted a way to show how various members types and plans would look without revealing any personal heath information. We created a series of plan demos to help them tell their story.
Showing more multiple configurations of products can be extremely challenging in a live site environment. Large portal based systems are often built to provide very personalized experiences. This is a great attribute for providing a focused, custom experience, however, our client needed a way to show the flexibility of their site environment as part of their sales process. The rules and logic that were in place behind the scenes did not allow their live site to do this.
We created a series of demos that showcase different user and plan types. The demos allow our client’s sales team to show potential customers the flexibility of their live environment, and how specialized services may be displayed for their future members. The sales rep can quickly show their customer the most compelling parts of their member services site and how it might look to members who have different types of health plans, physician networks and other ancillary services. The demo is also used by customer support staff to help answer questions from members who already have the insurance.
