We collaborated with a large health insurance company to create a system to take their sales meetings to the next level.
Our enterprise demo system lets sales reps quickly generate a custom demo of their member experience that reflects the look and feel and specific products and services that the representative wants to present to their prospective customer.
We developed a step-by-step process that allows the sales team to choose the products and services to include in their custom demo. They can also add customer-specific branding elements, and customize key features and programs to align with their sales presentation. Representatives can also save and password protect their demo and provide a link for their customer to access as they consider their purchase decision.
Prior to using the enterprise demo system, the sales team required our time and additional internal resources to build one-off custom demos in advance of their sales meetings. At times, it simply wasn’t possible to manually create a custom demo in time for their pitch. Using the standard demo was challenging for potential customers. They needed to imagine what their employees would see in an environment that was not custom to their needs.
The enterprise demo system gives sales representatives the ability to create a custom demo quickly and without outside support. Now their potential customers can see how the site will look for their employees instead of being distracted by services and features that aren’t relevant to them.
